Unlike traditional caves that are deep underground, the ‘caves’ of the Catskills have been formed as large boulders and bed rock eroded away and shifted to create cracks and tunnels through and beneath them. We’ll scramble our way up, down, and through some of the most unique geological formations in New York State.
